Our facility seats 130 on the first floor with a full dance floor and an additional 48 seats on the 2nd floor. The barn now has 200 amps of power, 2nd floor speak easy lounge and new farm tables/chairs and patio furniture!

We will be hosting only 15 event days in 2024. We have partnered with a well established catering & wedding company, Celebration Lounges who will be providing an all inclusive experience.

*Limited time - 6/1/24-10/31/24* taking on any type of event

Wedding Pricing:

$10,000 facility rental fee for private use of the farm and it's facilities.

Fully catered & staffed wedding packages are offered from $150 per guest + NJ state sales tax of 6.625%.

WEDDING HOURS:

All weddings will take place between 5-10pm with 3 additional hours for setup. Property access starts at 2pm with additional prewedding time available at an hourly fee.

All other 2024 events:

1. Time slot: 8am-1pm

$2500 plus $10 per person above 50 guests for the venue.

Catering packages from $69-$99 per guest. It is not mandatory that we provide the catering.

2. Time slot: 4pm-10pm.

$4500 plus $10 per person above 50 guests for the venue.

Catering packages from $69 - $99 per guest. It is not mandatory that we provide the catering.

If you are seeking a place to host your farm oriented wedding with abundant open spaces and natural beauty our Events Barn is available for only 15 event days per year. The alpacas, lavender and farm products add to the charm . Our 4600 square foot Events Barn features:

First floor provides 50x50 with 12 ft ceiling height and is heated and air conditioned.
2nd level: 50x42 ceiling height ranges from 8/18 ft
